I have followed Sharon’s work as an artist for a number of years and attended the launch of her exhibition "An Orange on her Pillow" in 2017. The emotion behind the exhibition struck a cord with me and I was drawn to one particular work "The Rose of Henrietta Street." Having spoken with Sharon on the day I was struck by her warmth and her passion for her art. I later got in touch through her website to purchase the piece. The whole process was easy from start to finish, Sharon provided a very professional service and I was delighted to receive the well wrapped piece in perfect condition on the agreed delivery date. The Rose of Henrietta Street now takes pride of place on my dining room wall and is admired by everyone who sees it. Linda Lockhart - Citywest Hotel
We would like to commend Sharon Devlin for the outstanding job that she delivered to us at Citywest Hotel. We are a four-star Hotel in Saggart, Co. Dublin. We have 756 bedrooms, over 30 meeting rooms, leisure centre, golf course and a state of the art Convention Centre. We host residential and global conferences, exhibitions, banquet dinners and a host of other events. During 2016 we did a massive refurbishment project and during this we decided to revamp our main bar area. As a complex that caters to over 500,000 people per year we wanted to go from the traditional bars that we had but keep an essence of the history and culture of both our business and the area we operate in. To this end I had previously attended an exhibition by Sharon Devlin in which her "Quidara" collection was being shown. It had always stayed in my mind as the art told a story which could have been lost in time but was now brought back to life. I arranged for our interior designer to view the pieces and she too was amazed by them. They are beautifully crafted, very well presented and framed to an extremely high standard. They were also relevant to our hinterland. Sharon delivered the pieces to site and oversaw the process of them being hung to ensure that they were in the best locations in the bar. Due to Sharon's professionalism and the ease of working with her, we commissioned a further four pieces to add to this collection. These too were beautifully created, presented and framed to the same high standard as before and again Sharon came on site to ensure that they were hung in the correct areas. The amount of comments, compliments and conversations that we have had over this collection is too many to list but we have given Sharon's details to a good number of customers, including international guests, and we are delighted to be in a position to do this. Sean and Clare Graughan
Having recently built our dream home in the west of Ireland we were on the lookout for some artwork to complete our decor. Around this time we came across an exhibition in Straffan Antiques called "An Orange on her Pillow" by Sharon Devlin. Immediately 2 paintings stood out to us as perfect for our house - "Forgotten Parable" and "Rising from the ashes." The vivid nature and glass frames would look perfect where the sun shines in from the Atlantic coast through our windows. We purchased the paintings after the exhibition directly from Sharon and they were delivered by her partner the very next day to our local pub where we arranged to meet.
